Emojipedia experts have released the 118 emoji designs up for approval. They include heads shaking up and down and side to side, a lime, a phoenix, a broken chain, and people facing right.

The new directional emojis allow users to select a different orientation for the activities they’re used to seeing face left. These are: person walking, person kneeling, person running, person with a cane, and a person in a manual or motorized wheelchair.

“Expect to see some companies come out with early emoji support in late 2023, and the majority of updates to take place in the first half of 2024,” Emojipedia predicted.
