I may have gained some extra weight after being stuck inside over the past few months thanks to social distancing. It’s so easy, sitting on the couch all day eating snacks. It’s the first day of summer! I think it’s time we get outside and move that body. Here’s a few exercise ideas! Let’s work off those extra pounds together.
