A recent study looked at the top things we feel like we don’t get enough of. I would have thought money would be number one, but it’s actually sleep! (New parents could agree, I’m sure.) Here’s the rest of the top five:
1. Sleep.
2. Vacations.
3. Disposable Income. Yes, more money is better than less money.
4. Exercise.
5. Sunlight. (Especially this time of year!)
