It can be a little intimidating starting off a new year with a bunch of items that you want to work on, especially when you’re dealing with the post-holiday slump! However, there are a couple things that you can do to make sure your resolutions are realistic and attainable.
1. Start small.
2. Change one unhealthy behavior at a time.
3. Talk about it with others in order to hold yourself accountable.
4. Don’t beat yourself up for not being perfect.
