Of course ice cream and slushes are a great treat on a hot summer day, but these are three not-so-obvious foods that can help cool you down too!
1. Something with chili peppers in it. It might make you feel hot at first, but chili peppers trick your body into thinking it’s hotter than it is. They can cause you to sweat, which ultimately cools your body down.
2. Soup. That helps cool you down the same way chili peppers do.
3. Spinach. It levels out your blood pressure, which keeps you feeling cool.
