Research has shown that expensive gym clothes can actually help GET you to the gym and KEEP you there. 79% of people say that those cool and trendy workout clothes even make them want to hit the gym harder. It seems to be a pretty big motivator. Once you put your gym clothes on, you’ll probably work out and your chances of skipping it are pretty low. In addition, here are the top five things that motivate people to conitnue to go to the gym:
1. Seeing results.
2. Putting on their gym clothes.
3. Drinking a lot of water during the day.
4. Having a workout buddy.
