For example, a study found that women who drank beer monthly or weekly had a 30 percent decreased risk of heart attack versus non-beer-drinking-ladies. Also, a five-ounce glass of red wine a night could give you higher HDL -or “good”- cholesterol levels. Booze can also help you relax and destress.
